A combination of maceration and vapour extraction is used to achieve a fabulous depth of flavour

Note: another recent bottle was perfectly good aromatically but the finish was completely dried out and yet another was very disappointing and no where near as good as the bottle reviewed above

There's a fine zip of acidity but the palate perfectly balanced
